Ways to Give

Founded in 2016 by Mary Huebner, Voices in the Oaks has grown into a dynamic chorus led by University Doctoral students and student and professional accompanists. This collaboration fosters mutual growth and synergy between the student musicians and the community singers. We are so very grateful for our faithful donors who support us each season as contributions are the main source of funding for our chorale. 

Non-profit community choruses rarely meet their expenses through ticket sales and participation fees alone. For our upcoming

concerts—Our Natural World on November 7 & 8 and our Holiday Concerts on December 12 & 13—we plan to enhance the musical experience by hiring additional musicians, including percussionists, a brass quintet, and bell ringers.

Our goal is to raise $3,000 for these performances. We offer the following sponsorship levels:

  Acorn Level $150: Covers half the cost of one musician (4 available)

  Whispering Leaves Level $300: Covers the cost of one musician (4 available)

  Deep Roots Level $600: Covers the cost of two musicians (2 available)

  Mighty Oak Level $1,000: Concert Presenting Sponsor (1 available for Our Natural World)

In addition to supporting great music in our community, all sponsors will receive complimentary concert tickets and recognition in both our program booklet and on our website. Furthermore, donors who contribute $50 or more as individuals (or $100 or more as couples) before October 7, 2026, will be invited to our annual Voices in the Oaks Donor Appreciation Dinner on October 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Oracle Community Center.
